Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (cut into 8 or according to taste)
- 2 stalks lemongrass (bruised)
- 2 bay leaves
- 500 ml of water
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Subtle Seasoning:
- 8 cloves red onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 5 grains hazelnut (roasted)
- 1 vertebra finger galangal
- 1 tsp coriander

How To Make:
- Wash the chicken until clean, or boiled chicken for a minute and discard the water.
- A Blender or uleg spices
- Heat the cooking oil. Saute seasoning smooth until fragrant. Enter the lemongrass and bay leaf. Stir for a minute.
- Enter the water, coconut milk, and chicken. Boil until the chicken is cooked.
