Coconut milk

  • 8 cloves of red onion, puree 
  • 8 cloves of garlic, puree 
  • 3 knuckles galangal, keprek

  • 5 pieces of red chili sauce, puree 
  • 2 tsp salt 
  • 400 ml thick coconut milk 


How To Make

  • Blender the onion, garlic, pecans, and salt until smooth.
